\nParodoje \u201e3\u201c dekonstruoju pseudomokslinio mito k\u016brimo strategij\u0105. Pritaikydamas mokslo populiarinimo laidose apie paranormalius rei\u0161kinius naudojam\u0105 pasakojimo k\u016brimo kli\u0161\u0119, jungiu tris naratyvines sistemas (vien\u0105 nuo kito galimai savaranki\u0161kus pasakojimus) \u012f bendr\u0105 hibridin\u0119 sistem\u0105.<\/p>\n

\u0160iuo atveju parodoje naudoju pasakojim\u0105 apie mi\u0161ke rastus ant \u017eem\u0117s susuktus lizdus\/guolius, pasakojim\u0105 apie sniego \u017emog\u0173 (kuris gal\u0117t\u0173 tapti lizd\u0173 atsiradimo ai\u0161kinimu, arba lizdai gal\u0117t\u0173 tapti sniego \u017emogaus egzistavimo \u012frodymu) ir pasakojim\u0105 apie niekuo su ankstesniais pasakojimais nesusijus\u012f artefakt\u0105 (kurio funkcija \u2013 nukreipti d\u0117mes\u012f nuo bendroje naratyvo sistemoje atsirandan\u010di\u0173 neatitikim\u0173). I\u0161 esm\u0117s kiekvienas pasakojimas gal\u0117t\u0173 b\u016bti pakeistas kitu formaliai sistemos nekei\u010dian\u010diu pasakojimu ir nepakeisti parodos esm\u0117s (pavyzd\u017eiui: sniego \u017emogus gal\u0117t\u0173 b\u016bti pakeistas mi\u0161ke besislapstan\u010diu politiniu pab\u0117g\u0117liu).<\/p>\n

Toki\u0105 naratyvin\u0119 sistem\u0105 b\u016bt\u0173 galima para\u0161yti formule: x+y+z=t, kur x \u2013 pasakojimas i\u0161\/apie tikrov\u0119, kur\u012f galima patikrinti, y \u2013 pasakojimas apie tai, ko duotu momentu negalima \u012frodyti arba patikrinti, z \u2013 da\u017eniausiai moksli\u0161kai tikslus\/patikimas pasakojimas naudojamas maskuoti bendroje sistemoje atsirandan\u010dias spragas, t \u2013 nauja hibridin\u0117 pasakojimo sistema, turinti skirting\u0105 istorij\u0105 nuo x, y ir z pasakojim\u0173.<\/p>\n

Tomas Dauk\u0161a 2014 m. baig\u0117 tapybos magistro studijas Vilniaus dail\u0117s akademijoje. Studij\u0173 metu dirbo su u\u017edaros login\u0117s sistemos id\u0117ja, k\u016br\u0117 darbus, kuri\u0173 viena dalis priklauso nuo kitos, tai yra neturi tiesioginio prie\u017eastinio ry\u0161io su k\u016brinio i\u0161ore (pavyzd\u017eiui: a yra tod\u0117l, kad b, b \u2013 tod\u0117l, kad a). \u0160iuo metu studijuoja doktorant\u016br\u0105 Vilniaus dail\u0117s akademijoje ir pradeda dirbti su i\u0161 pusiausvyros i\u0161vestomis bei hibridin\u0117mis sistemomis.<\/p>\n

The exhibitiondeconstructs the strategy of the creation of the pseudo scientific myth. Applying storytelling cliche used in science popularization programs about the paranormal phenomena I connect three narrative systems (one from another potentially independent stories) into a single hybrid system.<\/p>\n

In this case I am using the story about the nests\/bearings found on the forest floor, the story about the snowman or yeti (which could be the explanation for the appearance of the nests, or the nests could work as a proof of the existence of the snowman) and a story about the artifact completely unrelated to the previous stories (which could function as a distraction from the discrepancies occurring in the overall narrative system). Basically each story could be replaced by any other story formally fitting given structure of the narrative system without essentially changing the idea of the exhibition. For example the snowman could be replaced by the political fugitive taking refuge in the forest.<\/p>\n

The framework of such narrative system could be written as a formula: x + y + z = t, where x is a story from\/about reality which can be verified, y \u2013 a story about something which at a given moment can not be proven or verified, z \u2013 usually scientifically precise and reliable story used to mask gaps accruing in the narrative system, t \u2013 a new hybrid system with a different narrative from x, y and z stories.<\/p>\n

Tomas Dauk\u0161a has graduated from Vilnius Academy of Arts Painting Department with MA in 2014 m. While studying he worked with the idea of the closed logical system, created pieces one part of which would depend on the other, and has no direct causal relationship with the exterior. At the moment he is doing his PhD at Vilnius Academy of Arts and is starting to work with hybrid systems and systems disturbed at equilibrium.<\/p>\n
