Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists Union’s project space \u201cMalonioji 6\u201d for two weeks will become a creative process kitchen fr two young interdisciplinary artists Kazimieras In\u010dirauskas and Vygintas Orlovas. Artists working with similar new media technologies and around similar themes will have an opportunity get to know each other’s oeuvre better and search for cooperation possibilities.

\nKazimieras In\u010dirauskas (born 1989) graduated from BA in Product Design program in Vilnius Art Academy’s Tel\u0161iai faculty in 2012, works with animation, participates in exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad (ARTVILNIUS\u201911, Lithuania (2011), VI Tallinn Applied Arts’ Triennial, Estonia (2012), \u201cArt versus Design?\u201d, Gdansk, Poland and others). He concentrates in data aesthetics, sonification, and processes of communication in general in his newest oeuvre.<\/p>\n
Vygintas Orlovas (born 1989) graduated from MA in Monumental Art in Vilnius Art Academy in 2014 and continues his studies in Art PhD. In his oeuvre he is interested in relations between image and sound, interpretation of information and perception abilities in general. He is participating in exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad (Insanitus festival, Lithuania (2011), performance \u201eref\/inter\u201c in a gallery \u201eVaktbua-Odder\u00f8ya\u201c, Kristiansand, Norway (2014 ) and others.)<\/p>\n
\u201eOpen Studios \u2013 Open process\u201c – is a project aiming to encourage cooperation between artists, talking through artistic practices while also opening doors for audience involvement into creative process and starting a dialogue between artist and the audience. For acknowledged artists it is an opportunity to implement their ideas beyond the boundaries of their traditional studio space, while for the young artists it is an opportunity to publicly show their work.<\/p>\n
For everybody who is interested in the creative process studio will be open on 15-28th of June, 2015 during 2-6 p. m. <\/p>\n
