Artists, art students and dancers (priority will be given to Ukranians who have found refuge in Lithuania) are invited to apply to take part in a series of artistic movement performances in the framework of Tom Lovelace\u2019s exhibition at \u201cAtletika\u201d gallery, Vilnius in June 30 – July 28, 2022. The performances will include 2-3 public sessions led by the artist and a rehearsal.\u00a0Participants need to have the opportunity to attend all sessions; previous experience\u00a0and\/or education in dance or body movement, while very welcome, is not required.\u00a0Looking for 5 participants from the age of 18. Tom Lovelace is a London based artist, working within spaces between photography, performance and sculpture. Lovelace\u2019s practice presents fluid environments and exhibition encounters, positioning the body at the centre of abstract languages and legacies. Central themes to his research encompass the collaborative histories of photography, theatre and the role of Minimalism within contemporary culture.
