The film shows artist crossing the Neris River at the White Bridge. I was inspired to do this action by Jurgis Kairis’ flight under the White Bridge and triathlete Vidmantas Urbonas’ attempt to cross the Baltic Sea.
The irrational act, together with 84 litres of Neris water, is exhibited as a joint work. This project is about attempts to establish oneself in society.

With a length of 12 metres and a height of 1.3 metres, Aleksa balances the boom in various spaces: at home, in a gallery, in a shopping centre, on the street. Balance is a metaphor for the constant balancing in the domestic, in the creative world.

The title of the work is the cadastral number of the house in Klaipėda next to which the sculpture stands. This building is now home to the Barotti Gallery and the Klaipėda Exhibition Hall. In the past this building was a warehouse.
