Kisarauskaitė Aistė
Aistė Kisarauskaitė – artist, writer.
Born in 1967 in Vilnius in the family of famous artists Vincas and Saulė Kisarauskai.
She graduated from the M. K. Čiurlionis Art School and later studied painting at the Vilnius Academy of Arts, works as a culture editor at the Foto magazine, and has published more than 100 articles and interviews in various magazines, daily newspapers and internet portals.
Since 1990, she has been creating performances and installations, organising jewellery and photography exhibitions and other contemporary art projects. Since 2003, he has published short prose, articles and essays in the weekly magazines “North Athens” and “Literature and Art”.
Aistė Kisarauskaitė’s first book of short prose novels, 39 salto mortale, was published in 2013.
