Koort-Šoblinskė Liudvika Sonia
Liudvika Sonia Koort (b. 1994) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Lithuania. In 2025, she completed her MA in Contemporary Sculpture at the Vilnius Academy of Arts. Her artistic practice explores themes of sacredness, embodiment, memory, and femininity through sculpture, relief, objects, and installation.
Her work investigates the intersection of materiality and spiritual experience, employing metal, relief techniques and natural materials. Drawing from phenomenology, Christian mysticism, and women’s spiritual histories, she creates works that inhabit the space between personal experience, ritual, and contemporary forms of the sacred.
