
Join the LIAA team!

We are looking for a motivated Coordinator–Curator to join the LIAA team and contribute to the delivery and development of the organisation’s activities.
Key responsibilities:
- coordinating and administering LIAA’s day-to-day activities;
- managing and updating the www.letmekoo.lt website;
- coordinating and curating activities for LIAA members, including training sessions, the mentorship programme, publishing projects and other initiatives;
- advising LIAA members on various matters related to the organisation’s activities;
- coordinating LIAA’s social media communication and creating content;
- maintaining and developing the LIAA Reading Room;
- preparing the community newsletter;
- initiating new activities and projects;
- carrying out other tasks related to the organisation’s activities and necessary for its smooth day-to-day operation.
What we are looking for:
- a strong interest in the cultural field, particularly contemporary and interdisciplinary art;
- experience working in a cultural organisation or in project coordination, curating or administration;
- excellent Lithuanian and English language skills and the ability to write clearly and confidently;
- strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools;
- responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail, flexibility and thoroughness;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- a higher education degree in culture, art or a related field.

Employment conditions:
- Workload: 0.5 FTE (20 hours per week).
- The working schedule will be coordinated with the opening hours of the LIAA exhibition space (Wednesday–Saturday). The role also includes invigilation of the exhibition space during opening hours.
- Salary: €900 gross per month.
- Start date: 8 September.
