“Sodų 4” is happy to host The Grand Opening by artists Albert Allgaier and José Oliveira. Artists’ residency at project space “Sodų 4” in Vilnius will be followed by the presentation of their newly created collaborative project.
Their careful selection and arrangement of aesthetic elements will transform the exhibiting space into a sandwich franchise – a different environment for gathering and a space for unusual experience. Their performed action will prompt the questioning of such concepts as artistic labor and production, volunteer work, object of art.
“Their sandwiches should belong to the collection of MOMA.”
“I would rather eat their sandwich than go to the Venice Biennale.”
“An aesthetic revelation: definitely five stars.”
“Mona Lisa never tasted better.”
