Gailė Griciūtė and Barbora Matonytė’s work is presented at the interdisciplinary event at Aveiro Arts House in Portugal
Artists Gailė Griciūtė and Barbora Matonytė, members of the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists Association (LIAA), will present their work at the international event 180 Creative Lab, between 19-22 June 2024. The event will take place at VIC // Aveiro Arts House in Aveiro city – which is this year’s Portuguese Capital of Culture.

“Gathers of value” – Educational camp for school-age children of Aleknaičiai Culture and Education Space and Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association
Aleknaičiai Culture and Education Space (Akee) together with the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association (LTKMS) is organising a day camp for school children in Aleknaičiai village, Pakruojis district, in the territory of the former Aleknaičiai school and its surroundings, from 17-20 June 2024. The camp programme is designed and implemented by LIAA members Joana Kairienė and Ieva Gražytė together with artist and educator Simona Čemoškaitė. The camp programme is curated by LIAA member Vilius Vaitiekūnas.

SODAS 2123 and Entity space is inviting to three meetings with animators
On 22, 23, 24 March 2024, the second part of the “Entity: Unisona” project will take place in the Entity space (in the cultural centre SODAS 2123), with the “Praxinoscope” event series revolving around animation, presenting contemporary technologies and collaborative practices. Over the course of three days, Pijus Čeikauskas, Eglė Davidavičė, Antanas Skučas and Lina Vaiškūnaitė will introduce guests to their artistic practice and creative process, share their experiences and openly answer topical questions about animation.

Presentation and screening of the film “The Modern Flat” with the author Dainius Liškevičius

The Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists Association annually provides members with a creative study at the cultural centre SODAS 2123 to carry out creative activities and develop projects. In February 2024, artist Anton Lukoszevieze will be using LIAA creative studio at the cultural center SODAS 2123 to to prepare for the exhibition which will open at the Prospekto Gallery on 28 February.

Every year, the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association provides members with a studio in the cultural center SODAS 2123 for creative activities and project development. In December 2023, artists Greta Eimulytė and Saskia Fischer will use LIAA creative studios in the cultural complex SODAS 2123 to work on their projects.
