Disciplines. Exhibition of new LIAA members
On September 5, 2024, at 7 pm, a group exhibition titled ‘Disciplines’ will open at the Atletika gallery. The show features works by recent members of the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Union (LIAA) – Greta Eimulytė, Vaiva Grainytė, Elena Grudzinskaitė, Algirdas Jakas, Elena Kanarskaitė, Liudvikas Kesminas, Indrė Liškauskaitė, Donata Minderytė, and Rūta Spelskytė. The artists, all of whom have joined the LIAA in the past few years, have been brought together for this exhibition by the curator Jurij Dobriakov.

LIAA STUDIO at AKEE: IEVA GRAŽYTĖ AND RŪTA SPELSKYTĖ-LIBERIENĖ AT THE JULY RESIDENCY

Monika Lipšic participates in curatorial residency at the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow
In August 2024 Monika Lipšic will be participating in a one-month curatorial residency at the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow (CCA Glasgow). This residency is initiated as a collaboration between the Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow and the Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association, as well as the Cultural attaché of the Republic of Lithuania.

Performative evening of the exhibition Roots & Wires and Ūmėdė.lt festival
On 8 August 2024 at 6 pm, on the last day of the Roots & Wires exhibition, the closing event will take place across the spaces of the Atletika gallery and the cultural centre SODAS 2123, which will feature the presentation of the Ūmėdė.lt festival camp results.

Jurga Juodytė. Blueprint of a Woman
LIAA continues the series “One idea” with “Blueprint of a Woman” – a book by LIAA member Jurga Juodytė. “One idea” is a series of LIAA notebooks, created by pulling from the artists’ drawers raw creative materials, notes on ideas, thought fragments and various self-reflections.

OPEN SODAS: FESTIVITY
In the middle of summer, SODAS 2123 opens its doors for conversation, music and all things festive!
The artists of The Festivity Residency programme will invite you to reflect on the phenomenon of festivity. Together we will be inspired by the exhibitions, taste the delicacies and celebrate the summer with a music programme

Roots & Wires. Group exhibition with the participation of LIAA member Mindaugas Gapševičius
On the 27th June 2024 a group exhibition ‘Roots & Wires’ will be opened ar Atletika gallery, featuring works by artists Merle Bergers, Maria Castellanos, LIAA member Mindaugas Gapševičius, Lerin/Hystad, Špela Petrič, curated by Katažyna Jankovska.
