On 9-10th of September Vilnius will be full of exhibition openings, open artists’ studios, performances, workshops and others contemporary art events.


Come to Visit Open Artists’ Studios!

Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists’ Association’s and other artists’ creative studios will open their doors nn 12th of May at 18:30, at Pramonės g. 141.


Open Studios 4: Marija Jociūtė, Dalia Mikonytė ir Lina Zaveckytė

For everyone interested in the creative process studios will be open 14th – 25th September, 2015, between 3-7 p.m. at LTMKS project space “Malonioji 6” (Malonioji Str. 6, Vilnius)

Open Studios 3: Marija Baranauskaitė and Christophe Beaucourt

Studio open everyday between 7-9 p. m.

For two weeks Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists Union’s project space’s Malonioji 6 physical and mental space will be occupied by performance art and cinema, reality and fiction. Will Marija Baranauskaitė, who searches for optimism, love and inner values in her performative work manage to get along with Christophe Beaucourt who is in the process of making film noir style movie?


Open Studios 2: Aistė Kirvelytė and Eglė Ridikaitė

For eveyone interested in the creative process the studios will be open 29th June – 18th July, 2015, between 4-8 pm

Open Studios presentation with artists 16th July 2015, from 6 pm

Eglė Ridikaitė and Aistė Kirvelytė, both well known artists in Lithuania, have been creating large scale paintings for a while now and therefore large bright studios are a necessity for them. Having recently found suitable studios for their needs they have faced some bureaucratic issues and as a result they still have no space to work.


Open Studios 1: Kazimieras Inčirauskas and Vygintas Orlovas

Lithuanian Interdisciplinary Artists Union’s project space “Malonioji 6” for two weeks will become a creative process kitchen fr two young interdisciplinary artists Kazimieras Inčirauskas and Vygintas Orlovas. Artists working with similar new media technologies and around similar themes will have an opportunity get to know each other’s oeuvre better and search for cooperation possibilities.
